Hadith 12282
١٢٢٨٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا بن فضيل عن يزيد عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى قال: كنا مع علي (فمُرَّ) (١) علينا بجنازة فقام رجل فقال عليُ: ما هذا؟ (كان) (٢) هذا من صنيع اليهود (٣).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila narrates that we were with Hazrat Ali (may Allah honor his face) when a funeral procession passed by us. A person stood up. Hazrat Ali (may Allah honor his face) said, "What is this? This is among the customs of the Jews."
