Hadith 12250
١٢٢٥٠ - حدثنا خالد بن مخلد (حدثني) (١) يزيد بن عبد الملك النوفلي عن يزيد ابن رومان عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (لسقط) (٢) (أقدمه) (٣) بين يدي أحب إليّ من فارس أخلفه خلفي" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A small child being brought before me is more beloved to me than him coming behind me as a horseman (in the battlefield of Jihad).
