Hadith 12247
١٢٢٤٧ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون أخبرنا العوام بن حوشب قال: حدثني أبو محمد مولى عمر بن الخطاب عن أبي عبيدة عن عبد اللَّه قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "أيما مسلمين مضى لهما من أولادهما ثلاثة لم يبلغوا حنثًا إلا (أدخلهما) (١) اللَّه ⦗١٦١⦘ الجنة"، فقال أبو ذر: مضى لي اثنان يا رسول اللَّه، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "أو اثنان"، فقال أبو المنذر سيد القراء: مضى لي واحد يا رسول اللَّه، فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (وواحد) (٢) وذلك في الصدمة الأولى" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If three minor children of Muslim parents pass away, Allah Almighty will admit both of them into Paradise. Hazrat Abu Dharr submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! Two of my children have passed away." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "And (Paradise is obligatory) in the case of two as well." Hazrat Abu al-Mundhir submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! One of my children has passed away." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "And in the case of one as well (this is so) when patience is observed at the very onset of the calamity."
