Hadith 12036
١٢٠٣٦ - حدثنا ابن علية عن (منصور بن) (١) عبد الرحمن قال: قلت للشعبي: رجل دفن ميتًا فسله من قبل رجل القبر، قال: هذا واللَّه السنة.
Hazrat Mansur bin Abdur Rahman narrates that I asked Hazrat Sha’bi: When a person lowers the deceased into the grave from the side of the feet (is this correct?) He replied, Yes, by Allah! This is the Sunnah method.
