Hadith 11917
١١٩١٧ - حدثنا حماد بن مسعدة عن عبد ربه بن أبي راشد قال: كان الناس في طاعون الجارف يصلون على جنائز الرجال (والنساء) (١) متفرقين، (قال) (٢) فجاء جابر بن زيد فيما يحعسب عبد ربه فجعل النساء أمام الرجال فصلى عليهم جميعًا.
Hazrat Abdur-Rabbah bin Abi Rashid narrates that when people were afflicted and perished in the widespread, devastating plague, the funeral prayers for men and women were performed individually. Then Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid (according to Hazrat Abdur-Rabbah's assumption) arrived, and he placed the bodies of the women in front of the men and performed the funeral prayer for all of them together.
