Hadith 11916
١١٩١٦ - حدثنا شريك عن أبي إسحاق (عن الحارث) (١) عن علي قال: إذا اجتمعت جنائز (رجال) (٢) ونساء (جعل) (٣) الرجال (٤) مما يلي الإمام والنساء ⦗٧٢⦘ (مما) (٥) يلي القبلة، (والحر) (٦) والعبد يجعل الحر مما يلي الإمام والعبد مما يلي القبلة (٧).
Hazrat Harith narrates that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him, may Allah honor his face) when there was a funeral of both women and men together, he would place the men closer to the imam and the women closer to the qiblah. If there was a funeral of a free person and a slave, he would place the free person closer to the imam and the slave closer to the qiblah.
