في الرجل يصلي على الجنازة (أله) (أن لا) يرجع حتى يؤذن لهIf someone performs the funeral prayer, is he permitted to leave without the group's permission?
Hadith 11889
١١٨٨٩ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن طلحة عن أبي حازم عن أبي هريرة قال: أميران (وليسا) (١) (بآمرين) (٢): الرجل يصلي على الجنازة ليس له أن يرجع إلا بإذن أهلها، والمرأة تكون مع القوم فتحيض قبل أن تطوف بالبيت يوم النحر ليس لهم أن ينفروا إلا بإذنها (٣).
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that there are two people who, despite not being wealthy, are considered wealthy: If a person performs the funeral prayer, he should not return without permission; and if a woman (during the journey of Hajj) gets her menses on the Day of Sacrifice before performing Tawaf, then it is not permissible for them to leave without that woman's permission.
