Hadith 11740
١١٧٤٠ - حدثنا أبو خالد الأحمر عن ابن عجلان عن سعيد أن ابن عباس قرأ على جنازة وجهر وقال: إنما فعلته لتعلموا أن فيها قراءة (١).
Hazrat Saeed narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) recited aloud in the funeral prayer, and then said: I recited in a loud voice so that you people may know that there is recitation in the funeral prayer.
