Hadith 11613
١١٦١٣ - حدثنا هشيم (عن) (١) يعلى عن عطاء عن علي الأزدي قال: رأيت ابن عمر في جنازة فحملوا بجوانب السرير الأربع فبدأ بالميامن ثم تنحى عنها فكان منها بمزجر كلب (٢).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) Al-Azdi narrates that I saw Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) at a funeral. He lifted the bier from all four sides and first placed his shoulder on the right side, then moved away from there. He stayed close, not going too far.
