١١٣٢٩ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن (الحكم) (١) و (حماد) (٢) عن إبراهيم قال: إذا مات في المعركة دفن ونزع ما كان عليه من خف أو نعل وإذا رفع وبه رمق ثم مات (يصنع) (٣) به ما يصنع بالميت.
Hazrat Hammad says that when a person dies in battle, he should be buried and his socks and shoes should be removed, and if he was taken from the battlefield while there was still some sign of life in him, and then he died, he should be treated like ordinary dead (i.e., given a bath, etc.).
