Hadith 11235
١١٢٣٥ - حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن أشعث عن الحسن أنه قال في الميت: اغسله بسدر فإن لم يوجد سدر فخطمي فإن لم (يكن) (١) خطمي فبأشنان.
Hasan says that I will bathe the deceased with lotus leaves, and if I do not find them, then I will bathe with marshmallow, and if marshmallow is also not available, then I will bathe with the leaves of soapwort.
