في المصدق يأخذ سنا فوق سن أو سنا دون سننIf the Zakah Collector Takes an Animal Younger or Older Than the Prescribed Age
Hadith 11049
١١٠٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: إذا أخذ المصدق سنًا فوق من رد عليهم شاتين أو عشرين درهمًا وإذا أخذ سنًا دون من (ردوا) (١) عليه شاتين أو عشرين درهمًا.
Ibrahim says that if the collector of zakat takes an animal older than the prescribed one, he shall return two goats or twenty dirhams. And if he takes an animal younger than the prescribed one, then the one giving zakat shall pay two goats or twenty dirhams more.
