Hadith 11021
١١٠٢١ - حدثنا كثير بن هشام عن جعفر بن برقان قال: حدثنا ثابت بن الحجاج قال: بلغني أن (رجلين) (١) من بني عبد المطلب أتيا النبي ﷺ يسألانه من الصدقة، فقال: "لا، ولكن إذا رأيتما عندي شيئًا من الخمس فأتياني" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Thabit bin Al-Hajjaj that two persons from Banu Abdul Muttalib came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and asked him for charity. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) refused them and said, "When you know that wealth from the khums has come to me, then come to me (I will give you a share from it)."
