Hadith 11015
١١٠١٥ - حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم عن ابن أبي رافع (عن أبي رافع) (١) أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ بعث رجلًا من بني مخزوم على الصدقة فقال لأبي رافع: (تصحبني) (٢) (كيما) (٣) (تصيب) (٤) منها؟ فقال: لا، حتى آتي رسول اللَّه ﷺ، فانطلق إلى رسول اللَّه ﷺ، (فسأله) (٥)، فقال (له) (٦): "إن الصدقة لا تحل لنا، ومولى القوم من أنفسهم" (٧).
Hazrat Abu Rafi’ narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a man to the Banu Makhzum to collect charity. This man said to Hazrat Abu Rafi’, “You should come with me so that you may also receive a share from it.” He replied, “No.” Then he presented himself before the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and inquired about this matter. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Charity is not lawful for us, and the freed slaves of a people are also considered among them (they have the same ruling).”
