Hadith 10987
١٠٩٨٧ - حدثنا حفص وأبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن مجاهد عن ابن أبي ليلى قال: (جاء) (١) سائل فسأل (أبا ذر) (٢) فأعطاه شيئًا فقيل له تعطيه وهو موسر فقال: إنه سائل وللسائل حق، وليتمنين يوم القيامة أنها كانت رضفة في يده (٣).
Hazrat Ata bin Yasar says that the saying of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has reached me that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever asks (begs) in such a state that he possesses forty dirhams or wealth equal to it, then he is one who clings to people and persistently begs from them.
