من قال: في المال حق سوى الزكاةThose who say there are other rights on wealth besides zakah
Hadith 10826
١٠٨٢٦ - حدثنا (معاذ) (١) قال: حدثنا حاتم بن أبي صغيرة أبو يونس قال: (حدثنا) (٢) (رياح) (٣) (بن) (٤) عبيدة عن (قزعة) (٥) قال: قلت لابن عمر: إن لي مالًا فما تأمرني؟ إلى (من) (٦) أدفع زكاته؟ قال: ادفعها إلى (ولي) (٧) القوم -يعني الأمراء- ولكن في مالك حق سوى ذلك يا (قزعة) (٨) (٩).
Hazrat Qaza'ah narrates that I asked Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that I have some wealth; what do you instruct me regarding to whom I should pay Zakat? He replied: To the leaders (chiefs) of the people. But O Qaza'ah, there are other rights on your wealth besides Zakat.
