Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Auf narrates that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote (a letter) to Hazrat Adi in Basra, so when it was read, I heard that it was written in it: From the people of the register, from these grants (charity, Sadaqat al-Fitr), half a dirham will be collected from each person.
