Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Hakam that the esteemed jurists preferred to give Sadaqat al-Fitr before the prayer. Whereas Hazrat Aamir says that if one wishes, he may give Sadaqat al-Fitr before the prayer, and if he wishes, he may give it after the prayer.
