Hadith 10607
١٠٦٠٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن رجل عن طاوس قال: يأتيهم [المصدق على مياههم] (١) ولا يستحلفهم.
Hazrat Tawus says that the collector of zakat should go to the people at their water place (or any such place where everyone can gather) and should not make them take any kind of oath or covenant (i.e., should not compel them to do anything).
