Hadith 10598
١٠٥٩٨ - حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن (عثمان) (١) بن مرة قال: سألت امرأة القاسم، فقالت: اجتمع عندنا دراهم من زكاتنا، فبعثت بها إلى الشام، فقال: ادفعوها إلى الأمير الذي بالمدينة.
It is narrated from Hazrat Usman bin Marrah that a woman asked Hazrat Qasim, "We have some dirhams of zakat with us; can we send them to Syria?" He replied, "Give them to the ruler and governor who is in Madinah. (Do not transfer them from one city to another.)"
