١٠٥٨٦ - حدثنا ابن (عياش) (١) عن عبد العزيز بن عبد اللَّه عن الشعبي قال ⦗٢٧٧⦘ في الرجل يمر بالعاشر فيأخذ منه، (قال) (٢): يحتسب ما أخذوا منه من زكاة (ماله) (٣).
10586 - Ibn (Ayyash) narrated to us (1) from Abdul Aziz ibn Abdullah from al-Sha'bi who said ⦗277⦘ regarding a man who passes by the tax collector and he takes from him, (he said) (2): What they took from him is counted from the zakat (of his wealth) (3).
