Hadith 10572
١٠٥٧٢ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن حجاج عن أبي معشر عن إبراهيم في الرجل يخرج الصدقة إلى المسكين (فيفوته) (١) قال: يحبسها حتى يعطيها مسكينًا غيره ولا يرجع في شيء جعله للَّه.
Ibrahim was asked: If a person goes out to give charity to a poor person, but that poor person passes away before receiving it, what should he do? He replied: He should give it to another poor person, and that will suffice. And he should not take back what Allah the Exalted has destined (decreed) for him.
