Hadith 10504
١٠٥٠٤ - حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن حميد قال: كتب (عمر بن عبد العزيز: أيما رجل أفاد) (١) مالًا فلا زكاة عليه حتى يعود عليه الحول.
It is narrated from Hazrat Humaid that Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote (to his governors) that: Whoever receives wealth (during the year), there is no zakat on it until a full year has passed over that wealth.
