Hadith 1048
١٠٤٨ - حدثنا عباد بن العوام عن هشام عن الحسن أنه كان يقول: إذا كان الرجل في سفر، وبينه وبين الماء ليلتان أو ثلاث؛ فلا بأس أن يصيب من أهله ثم يتيمم.
Hasan Basri used to say that if a man is on a journey and there are two or three nights between him and water, then there is no harm if he has intercourse with his wife and performs tayammum.
