Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Saeed bin Jubair narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was on a journey with a group of the noble Companions. Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir was also with him. The people would make Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) lead the prayer because of his closeness to the Messenger of Allah. One day, Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) led them in prayer, then turned towards them and, smiling, said: "I had intercourse with a Roman slave girl, then performed tayammum in a state of janabah and led you in prayer."
