ما قالوا في زكاة الرجل يخرج الطعام من أرضه فيزكيهRuling on someone who pays zakah after harvesting his land
Hadith 10388
١٠٣٨٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: ثنا ابن (المبارك) (١) عن معمر عن ابن طاوس عن أبيه أنه كان يخرج له الطعام من أرضه فيزكيه، ثم (يمكث) (٢) عنده السنتين والثلاث فلا يزكيه وهو يريد أن يبيعه.
Hazrat Ibn Tawoos narrates from his father that when the produce of the land was taken out, he would pay zakat from it. Then, for the next two or three years, if he intended to sell it, he would not take out zakat from it, but would wait.
