Hadith 10357
١٠٣٥٧ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن (عاصم بن ضمرة) (١) عن علي قال: فيما سقت السماء أو كان (سيحًا) (٢) العشر، وما سقي بالدالية ⦗٢٢٤⦘ (فنصف) (٣) العشر (٤).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him, may Allah honor his face) said: The land that is irrigated by rainwater or flowing water is subject to 'ushr (one-tenth), and the land that is irrigated by water drawn with a bucket is subject to half of 'ushr (one-twentieth).
