Hadith 10355
١٠٣٥٥ - حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن الحكم قال: (١) كتب رسول اللَّه ﷺ إلى ⦗٢٢٣⦘ معاذ باليمن: "أن فيما سقت السماء أو سقي (غيلًا) (٢) العشر وفيما سقي (بالغرب) (٣) والدالية نصف العشر" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hakam that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wrote to Hazrat Mu'adh in Yemen: On the land irrigated by rainwater or flowing water, 'ushr (one-tenth) is due, and on the land irrigated by camels or by buckets, half of 'ushr (one-twentieth) is due.
