Hadith 10353
١٠٣٥٣ - (حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا) (١) علي بن هاشم عن ابن أبي ليلى عن عبد (الكريم) (٢) عن عمرو بن شعيب عن أبيه عن جده عن النبي ﷺ قال: "ما سقي سيحًا ففيه العشر وما سقي (بالغرب) (٣) ففيه نصف العشر" (٤).
Hazrat Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father and grandfather that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the land irrigated by running water, 'ushr (one-tenth) is due, and on the land irrigated by drawing water with camels, half of 'ushr (one-twentieth) is due.
