Hadith 10346
١٠٣٤٦ - حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن (شعبة) (١) عن الحكم أنه كان لا يرى في الحلي زكاة (إلا) (٢) في الذهب والفضة، ولا (يراه) (٣) في الجوهر واللؤلؤ (و) (٤) هذا النحو.
It is narrated from Hazrat Shu’bah that Hazrat Hakam did not consider zakat obligatory on jewelry except for gold and silver, and likewise, he did not consider zakat obligatory on gems and diamonds.
