Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Mutarrif narrates that Hazrat Hakam was asked about grass, pulses, and sesame seeds, so he replied that there is nothing (i.e., no zakat) on them. Hazrat Hakam says that what we have remembered from our companions is that they said there is nothing (i.e., no zakat) on them except for wheat, barley, dates, and raisins (zakat is due on these).
