Hadith 10298
١٠٢٩٨ - حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن أبيه عن أبي إسحاق عن الحارث عن علي (قال: الصدقة) (١) (من) (٢) أربع من البر، فإن لم يكن بر، فتمر، فإن لم يكن تمر فزبيب، فإن لم يكن زبيب فشعير (٣).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him, may Allah honor his face) said that Zakat is only on four things: on wheat; if wheat is not available, then on dates; if dates are not available, then on raisins; and if raisins are not available, then on barley.
