Hadith 10181
١٠١٨١ - حدثنا حفص عن إسماعيل عن قيس قال: أبصر النبي ﷺ ناقة حسنة في إبل الصدقة فقال: "ما (أمر) (١) هذه الناقة"، فقال صاحب الصدقة: يا رسول اللَّه عرفت حاجتك إلى الظهر فارتجعتها ببعيرين من الصدقة (٢).
Hazrat Qais narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a beautiful she-camel among the camels of Zakat, so he asked, "What is the matter with this she-camel?" The collector of Zakat replied, "O Messenger of Allah! I had heard that you were in need of a riding animal, so I took this one in exchange for two camels."
