Hadith 10179
١٠١٧٩ - حدثنا هشيم عن هلال بن (خباب) (١) عن ميسرة (٢) أبي صالح قال: (حدثنا) (٣) سويد بن (غفلة) (٤) قال: أتانا مصدق النبي ﷺ (فأتيته) (٥) فجلست إليه فسمعته يقول: "إن في عهدي: (أن لا) (٦) (آخذ) (٧) من راضع لبن، ولا نجمع ⦗١٧٨⦘ بين (مفترق) (٨) ولا (نفرق) (٩) بين مجتمع"، قال: وأتاه رجل بناقة (كوماء) (١٠) فأبى أن يأخذها (١١).
Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghaflah narrates that the person appointed by our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for the collection of Zakat came. I sat with him; he was saying that indeed I have not collected a milking animal, and the scattered will not be gathered, nor will the gathered be scattered. He narrates that a person brought a large, strong camel, but he refused to take it.
