Mukhtasar Muslim

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Abdullah bin Ubayy bin Salul had two slave girls named Maseekah and Umaimah. He used to force both of them into prostitution. They complained about him to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), then this verse was revealed: "And do not compel your slave girls to prostitution if they desire chastity... Indeed, Allah is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful," up to the end.
