Hadith 2111
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that he heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: Allah does not listen to anything as attentively as He listens to a prophet with a beautiful voice who recites the Qur'an aloud in a melodious tone.
Hadith 2112
Abu Burdah narrates from Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If you had seen me when I was listening to your recitation last night (you would have been very pleased). Indeed, you have been given one of the voices from the voices of the family of Dawud.
