Hadith 1874
Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to me: Say this, "O Allah! Guide me and make me upright." And he said that when asking for this supplication, keep in mind that guidance means guidance to the path, and uprightness (being straight) means the straightness of an arrow.
