`Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that` my beloved friend (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) advised me that when you cook meat, make the broth plentiful and look to the people of your neighbor's house and give them some of it.

`Sayyiduna Abu Dharr (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me: Do not consider any act of kindness and goodness to be insignificant (that is, there is reward in every small or big act of kindness), and it is also an act of kindness that you meet your brother with a cheerful face.
