Hadith 1651
`Sayyiduna Hudhayfah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the people of Najran came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Send to us a trustworthy person." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I will surely send to you a trustworthy person. Indeed, he is trustworthy, indeed, he is trustworthy." The narrator said that the people waited to see whom the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would send, and then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sent Sayyiduna Abu Ubaydah ibn al-Jarrah.
