‘Sayyiduna Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that’ the front part of the head and beard of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had become white. When he (peace be upon him) applied oil, the whiteness was not visible, and his (peace be upon him) beard was very thick. A person asked, “Was the blessed face of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) long like a sword?” Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “No, the blessed face of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) was round like the sun and the moon.” And I saw the seal of Prophethood on his (peace be upon him) shoulder, like a pigeon’s egg, and its color matched the color of his body.

Sayyiduna Sa’ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) says that my maternal aunt took me to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! My nephew is very ill." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) placed his hand on my head and prayed for blessing. Then he performed ablution, and I drank the leftover water from his ablution. Then I stood behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and I saw the Seal of Prophethood between his two shoulders, like a raised lump (or like the egg of a partridge, which is a kind of bird).

‘Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and ate bread, meat, or tharid with him. (The narrator of the hadith, Asim) says that I asked Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him), “Did the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pray for your forgiveness?” He said, “Yes, and for you as well.” Then he recited this verse: “And ask forgiveness for your sin and for the believing men and believing women.” Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that then I went behind him (the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I saw the Seal of Prophethood near his shoulder, at the bone between his two shoulders, it was like a closed fist and on it were moles like warts.
