Hadith 1458
Narrated from Umm al-Mu'mineen Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her): When any of us would fall ill or suffer a wound, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would place his index finger on the ground and say, "In the name of Allah, the soil of our land, with the saliva of one of us, so that our sick may be cured by the permission of Allah, the Exalted."
Hadith 1459
Sayyidah Khawlah bint Hakim al-Salamiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever stops at any place and then says, "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created," nothing will harm him until he departs from that place.
