Hadith 1452
Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade incantations (ruqyah). Then the people of Amr bin Hazm came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! We have an incantation for scorpion stings, but you have forbidden incantations?" The narrator says that they presented that incantation before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he said: "I do not see any harm in it. If any of you can benefit his brother, then let him do so."

Hadith 1453
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: A man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I suffered greatly from a scorpion that stung me last night." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "If you had said in the evening: (('I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created')), it would not have harmed you (it would not have stung you)."
