Hadith 1341
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf and Sayyiduna Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with them both) to wear silk shirts during a journey, because they had developed itching or some other illness. In another narration, it is mentioned that both of them had complained of lice.
