Hadith 1245
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to kill dogs, to the extent that when a woman would bring her dog from the forest (to Madinah), we would also kill it. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the killing of dogs and said: "Kill that black dog which has two white spots on its eyes, for it is a devil."
