Hadith 1237
Sa’d bin Ibrahim says: I asked Qasim bin Muhammad about a man who has three houses and he made a bequest of one-third (of each house) in each house. He said that the three thirds will be combined in one house. Then he said that Umm al-Mu’minin Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) informed that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever does an act for which we have not given a command (i.e., introduces a new practice in the religion), it is rejected.
