Hadith 1236
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty likes three things for you and dislikes three things. He likes that you worship Him and do not associate anyone with Him, and that you all hold fast to His rope (the Book and the Sunnah) together and do not be divided. And Allah Almighty dislikes idle talk, excessive questioning (i.e., asking about matters that are unnecessary or not needed, or questions that may be unpleasant to others), and wasting wealth (He dislikes it, such as in innovations, drinking alcohol, gambling, smoking, kite flying, fireworks, etc.).
