Hadith 1187
Narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Bedouin asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about migration. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that migration is very difficult (i.e., leaving one's homeland and living with me in Madinah, and he said this so that if the Bedouin could not do it, he would not have to break his migration). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, "Do you have camels?" He replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) inquired, "Do you give their zakat?" He replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then keep doing good deeds even from across the seas; Allah will not waste any of your deeds."
