Hadith 1178
´Sayyiduna Bara bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) says that` when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was prevented near the House of Allah (from entering), and the people of Makkah made peace with him on the condition that (the following year) he would come and stay in Makkah for three days, and bring weapons only in their covers, and would not take any person of Makkah with him, and if anyone from his companions chose to stay with the polytheists, he would not prevent him. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "Alright, write this condition: 'In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. This is what Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), has decided.'" The polytheists said, "If we knew you were the Messenger of Allah, we would have obeyed you or pledged allegiance to you. Rather, write: 'Muhammad bin Abdullah has decided.'" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) told Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) to erase the words 'Messenger of Allah,' but he said, "By Allah, I will not erase it." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Alright, show me the place of this word." Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) showed it, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) erased it himself and wrote 'bin Abdullah.' (When the next year came, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) arrived.) Then he stayed in the sacred city of Makkah for three days. When the third day came, the polytheists said to Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), "This is the last day of your companion's condition, now tell him to leave." So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Alright," and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) departed.

Hadith 1179
`Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that` when this verse was revealed: (( Verily, We have given you a clear victory... )) (Al-Fath: 1-5) till the end, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was returning from Hudaybiyyah, and the companions were very sad and distressed, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had slaughtered and sacrificed the animals at Hudaybiyyah (because the disbelievers did not allow entry into Makkah). Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that a verse has been revealed to me which is dearer to me than the whole world.
