Hadith 1124
`Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that` the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Every deceiver will have a flag on the Day of Resurrection, which will be raised according to the extent of his deceit, and there is no greater deceiver than the one who deceives as a ruler over the people of Allah.
