Mukhtasar Muslim

Narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that a young man from the tribe of Aslam said, "O Messenger of Allah! I intend to go for jihad but I do not have the necessary equipment." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Go to so-and-so; he had prepared equipment for jihad but he has fallen ill." He went to that person and said, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) conveys his greetings to you and says: Give me that equipment." He (the sick man) said (to his wife or slave woman), "O so-and-so! Give him all the equipment and do not keep anything back. By Allah, do not keep anything back, for there will be blessing in it for you."
